Convert JAL Mileage to One Harmony Points

JAL Miles are convertible to One Harmony points by registering your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) on your One Harmony profile.

10,000 miles can be converted to 5,000 One Harmony points.

The converted points will be reflected in the status upgrade.

Steps for conversion

  1. Register the JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) in "My Account & My Card".

    Go to My Account & My Card page, sign in and go to "Update profile". Select "Japan Airline" in "Preferred Frequent Flyer Program (FFP)" section.

    Enter your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) in "FFP Member Number"

  2. Your updated One Harmony membership information will be cross-checked with your JMB membership information.
    The cross-check process may take up to three weeks.

  3. After the verification, you will be able to request the conversion from the JMB web page.

  4. Your One Harmony Points will be credited to your account in around 2-3 weeks.

Loyal/Exclusive members are able to earn more points and miles
