*For overseas hotels, a fixed exchange rate in local currency is applied.

Key Feature 2

One Harmony points are simple to manage and get extended each time you use them.

Each time you earn or redeem points, the expiration date for all your accumulated points will be extended to two years from the date of the last activity.

The expiration date is set to two years after the date of point usage. As long as you continue to use the program, your points will not expire.Upon program renewal, the expiration date of your current points will be reset and extended to two years from the program renewal date.

The point expiration date is extended to the same day two years after each point activity.

Redeem your points for a delightful stay at your favorite hotel.

Stay Awards—using points for your stays—are now simpler and more rewarding.Choose from a variety of room types, ranging from standard rooms to luxurious suites.You can also redeem points starting from 500, with each point worth JPY1 toward your payment.

New criteria have been introduced for the Exclusive status.Your status will be upgraded on the day after the requirements are met.

Important Notice: Changes to the Program

  1. Certain hotels are not eligible for specific benefits. Information will be updated regularly until the new program goes into effect.
  2. The New membership program will take effect for stays on or after March 23, 2026.
    The new point accrual and redemption standards will also apply regardless of the booking date.
  3. Reservations made through travel agencies for stays with a check-out date on or after March 23, 2026, will no longer be eligible for benefits or point accrual, regardless of the booking date.
  4. Any changes made to existing reservations for stays with a check-out date on or after March 23, 2026, will be subject to the new program rules.
  5. From the 2026 program year onward, only surplus points earned beyond the amount required to achieve or maintain your membership status during the qualification period may be carried over to the following year (maximum carryover period: one year).
    Please note that nights stayed are not eligible for carryover.
  6. Regarding Stay Award Reservations:
    • ①Reservations for Stay Awards up to May 31, 2026, must be made by March 15, 2026.
    • ②Reservations for Stay Awards from June 1, 2026, onward are scheduled to become available from April 2026.
  7. Maintenance will be performed over several days starting March 23, 2026. During this period, point exchanges will be temporarily suspended.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  8. With this revamp, bonus points equal to 25% of your balance as of the revision date will be granted between May and June 2026.
