For One Harmony members who had transactions at Okura Nikko Hotels from January 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2025, the expiration date of points has been extended for 1 year from the end of January 2026 to the end of January 2027.
For the Loyal and Exclusive members as of the end of January 2026, in response to your continued patronage, we have extended the expiration date of points by one year, regardless of whether or not you use the service.
＊Additionally, due to the program revision (specifically the change in point expiration), the expiration date for all point balances held as of the revision date will be extended to 24 months from that date.
